The membership is two tier: A colleague is someone who demonstrates firmness, and is probably a business owner. He has adopted the Tao Te Ching or is a member of a Lodge, he regurally attends a Roman Catholic, Episcopalian, Luthern or Russian Orthdox Church, he is member of the Democratic Party, he supports labor unions. In addition, he has learned and become fluent in the Gloyn language. Besides the difficulty of the language is the thrust to make English the working language. If a colleague cannot counter this thrust, then he is a fellow. A fellow is probably an employee, raised in but not attending a high church, perhapes a Democratic Party member, but not a lodge member. He will be encourged to learn Gloyn and read the Tao Te Ching.
